As a Director of Nursing, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery.
You will partner with the Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.
*Qualifications:* * Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (B.
N) or related field required.
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse in the Decatur, IL or ability to get there during the first year of employment required.
* Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Decatur, IL or able to get there during the first year of employment required.
* Previous experience with chemical addiction and or mental health disorders preferred.
* COVID –19 Vaccination / approved exemption status *Responsibilities:* * Assist in developing the entire clinical program of the facility including clinical management of clients and personnel, medical care and safety, clinical paperwork/documentation, nursing process/process, quality improvement programs.
* Provide clinical leadership for a large group of clients and employees in a well-designed, team-based treatment program.
* Participate in all phases of treatment planning and treatment completion.
