RN Home Care Weekend 11/12 - Home Health

Overview: **Eligiblel for $15,000 Sign on Bonus - external candidates** Pay range for this position is $32.
08 - $45.
38/hour.
Actual pay is based on years of licensure.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Registered Nurse Home Care is responsible for a scope of care that encompasses all ages from infancy through geriatric.
The RN demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care this appropriate to the ages of the patients served.
Coordinates inter-disciplinary care to patients, which may include nursing, therapy, social work, home care aide, home medical equipment and home infusion services as needed.
This position requires working 11 out of 12 weekends.
Qualifications: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: RN Provides own transportation and auto insurance and abides by all laws, rules and recommendations for safe driving while on duty.
Maintains a valid driver's license.
Licensure/ Certifications: RN-Registered Nurse Current RN License in current state.
BLS American Heart Association Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
