*Prevention Education Supervisor*
_RACES_ (Rape Advocacy, Counseling & Education Services) seeks a compassionate individual to design, schedule, implement and evaluate all aspects of the Prevention Education program, focused on providing sexual violence prevention education to students Pre-K through 12th in a classroom setting as well as a virtual setting.
Travel required in personal vehicle to all parts of four county region in a variety of weather conditions.
Position includes supervision of two staff.
Role also includes community involvement via participation in several committees and coalitions with the occasional professional training.
Candidates must be able to work with students in a group setting, and with individuals in crisis—both in-person and over the telephone hotline.
Successful candidates will have two years of experience working with diverse populations in an educational and/or social service setting and exemplary organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills and a team-focused orientation a must.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; agency will provide 40 hour Sexual Assault Crisis and Prevention training.
Must have public speaking or teaching experience.
Must have knowledge of program evaluation.
Must have ability to work independently.
