Our agency is seeking a dedicated professional to add to our team as a Residential Services Director (RSD) for our Intermediate Care Facilities for persons with Intellectual Disabilities in Pana, IL!
QIDP (Quality Intellectual Disability Professional) experience preferred!

Areas of responsibility include but not limited to: staffing, resident care, implementation strategies, implementing doctor plans, safety of residents and staff, regulatory requirements, keeping the facility in compliance with written policies and procedures, as well as your own profession growth and development.
The RSD will also be responsible for facility budget and be flexible to work extra hours in emergency situations.
Pay: From $45,000.
