Position Purpose:
Functions as a supervisor of the mobile crisis response (MCR) team, which provides mental health treatment to children, adolescents, and their families.
The team provides continuity of program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.
Participate as a team member in the delivery of mental health treatment services to clients and their families and facilitate the issues of recovery into their daily living situations.
Job Requirements:
Master’s Degree with two years’ experience in mental health services (QMHP)
LCPC or LCSW preferred.
Valid driver’s license
Qualifications:
Adequate written skills to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames prescribed.
Skilled in conducting individual, family and group counseling.
Ability to present and coordinate lectures for clients, parents, staff or community resources.
Essential Responsibilities:
Provide oversight and direction to community based intervention and support team.
Provide clinical supervision to team members.
Complete requirements for review and signing of all required clinical documentation.
Ensure that individual and group census numbers are within required fidelities.
Provide individual, group and family counseling
Provide crisis intervention services as needed.
Provide case management and group coverage when needed.
Act as point person when assigned
Facilitate team meetings and case reviews
Provide guidance and clinical supervision to the assigned team in conjunction with ongoing supervision provided by the Director
Become familiar with all related state and county contracts, and complete monthly reports as required.
Understand and comply with all of the principles established by the Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
Perform all responsibilities in compliance with the mission, vision, values and expectations of Rosecrance.
Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
Serve as a role model for other staff, clients and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing Rosecrance.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
