Regency Multifamily is a real estate investment and development company headquartered in Champaign, IL.
Since its formation in 1974, Regency has purchased and developed over 15,000 apartments.
Regency is positioned for growth and currently has over 4,500 apartments throughout the Midwest.
About the Human Resources Manager position
As Regency Multifamily continues to realize growth and expand our portfolio, we have the need for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join team.
This full-time HR Manager position will report to our Vice President of People and Culture and oversee the day-to-day HR & Payroll Operations in support of our 95 employees located in Illinois, Indiana, and Minnesota.
Responsibilities include managing the HR staff, recruiting, employment law compliance and policy updates, unemployment claims, OSHA/Workers Compensation, and other administrative duties.
This position will work from our corporate office in Champaign, Illinois, with some travel required.
Pay is commensurate with experience and includes additional bonus opportunities based on performance measurements.
Qualifications - The ideal person for this role will have:
An equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 3 years of HR, Benefits, and Payroll Administration experience
Experience managing others in formal supervisory role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High-level professional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
A valid driver’s license and good driving record
