Job Overview
The Art Director role is for big thinkers only.
Our ADs create and implement head-turning campaigns as well as oversee design executions for OOH in multiple markets across the nation.
Working closely with Graphic Designers, Marketing Strategists, and Account Executives, ADs need to identify client problems and develop effective OOH solutions.
ADs lead the creative conversation directly with clients of all scales; from local tire shops to national fast-food chains.
Reports to Creative Director.

Responsibilities (What you’ll be doing)
Collaborate with Creative Director, other Art Directors and Graphic Designers
Discuss and develop strategies for clients of all sizes
Ideate, write, and design out of home campaigns for an array of clients
Coordinate and communicate with Clients and Account Executives
Motivate and inspire members of the account team
Being updated with the latest writing, design, typographic, and photography trends
Requirements (Stuff you need to get in the door)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in graphic design or advertising, or a good heap of related experience
Proven work experience as an Art Director or similar role
Strong copywriting; brand appropriate, clever, and to the point
Highly motivated and goal oriented
Excellent multitasking skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
Strong organizational skills (if you frequently lose your keys, might want to brush up on this one)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (you’ll take tons of calls with people in other states)
Quick, energetic and proactive
