Primary Objective: Manage the hardware cycle, software vendor relationships, and security footprint of the information technology (IT) department Essential Functions: Review, research and make recommendations to Director, Information Technology for improvement and changes to the organization’s standard operating procedures as related to the Manager, Information Technology function.
Ensure department policies and practices align with company mission, vision, service, and financial goals.
Communicate changes of these policies as/when necessary, through company correspondence, manuals, and policies.
Provide information processing, systems counseling, and guidance to internal partners throughout the company.
Provide recommendations to Director, Information Technology regarding current and future needs for hardware, software, security protocols, and regulatory and legal responsibilities.
Coach, train, and mentor IT team to ensure they perform competently in their roles and achieve department goals consistent with College Fresh standards and core values.
Ensure department delivers exceptional customer service by responding to requests in a timely, respectful, and professional manner.
Other Functions: Assist Director, Information Technology with vendor relations, support, and negotiations for any outsourced software or hardware services.
Assist Director, Information Technology with management of the department's expense budget, within budgetary guidelines, to contribute to cost-effective operation of the company.

Time Management Supervisor Responsibility: This position is responsible for the direction and leadership of systems administrator and technical support associate positions.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position.
This position works primarily daytime hours, Monday through Friday; however, some evenings and weekends may be required.
This is a hybrid position (60% remote/40% in office).
Work Environment: This position is based at the Corporate Office and functions in a fast-paced, highly collaborative and customer-service focused environment.
Physical Demands: The position requires the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
Travel: This position does not require travel.

net Required Education and Experience: Requires a 4-year degree in Computer/Information Systems, Business, or related field, or the equivalent thereof.
5+ years of progressively more responsible work experience in an information technology (IT) position.
Professional experience working with and implementing Azure/Entra directory services.
Senior level experience with systems administration in a Microsoft Windows environment.
Preferred Education and Experience: Extensive knowledge of Information Technology industry standards and trends, best practices, and leadership.
Prior experience working with Powershell, Office 365 portal and administrative center, Intune.
Additional Eligibility Requirements: Ability to produce clear, concise, and professional verbal and written communications.
Detail orientation with strong organization, interpersonal and relationship building skills, effectively working as part of a team.
