Shift Manager

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in kitchen management, possess strong leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts - Manage and lead a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed - Train new staff members on company policies and procedures - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally - Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain quality standards - Utilize POS systems for transactions and reporting Qualifications: - Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or food industry - Proficiency in kitchen operations and management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of banquet or hotel operations is a plus - Excellent team management abilities This position offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a thriving hospitality setting.
