The Champaign County Circuit Court seeks applicants for an Administrative Legal Secretary position.
Essential duties include answering telephones, providing general information to the public, wedding coordination, maintaining office files and records, and any other clerical or administrative tasks necessary to support the work of the courts, all with exceptional professionalism and attention to ethical standards.
Knowledge of justice system operations, prior office experience and graduation from a two-year program or an equivalent combination of education and experience are required.
Spanish language proficiency is desired but not essential.
Starting salary is $18.
68 per hour.
This is a full-time AFSCME position with an excellent benefit package.
