Ashley brown corduroy sectional couch is quite large.
The chaise lounge part is 6' long.
The size of the sectional from the end of the chaise lounge (widthwise) to the end of the couch is approximately 12'.
Seating area is approximately 3' wide.
If too big, the sectional can become two separate couches.
Great shape, except for a couple of scratches (shown in photo – repair kit included in sale).
And very comfortable to sleep on.
