MTD Gold Riding Mower - $300 (Savoy)

Older MTD Gold 13AL795S004 mower.
I got a different mower and no longer need this one.
Two tires leak air - one (rear) needs to be pumped up between mows while the other (front) is an even slower leak - so far it's held air over the mowing season but needs to be pumped up after sitting.
The starter (B&S # 593934) went out last year, so it does not start at this time (Amazon lists an off-brand one for $36).
Will need an oil change and air filters replaced.
Battery replaced two years ago, spark plug replaced two years ago, deck belt replaced about three years ago, and one deck spindle replaced about three years ago when belt was replaced.
42 inch mower deck and has a 19 hp Briggs and Stratton Intek motor.
It been stored out of the weather for the past five years, but was put outside under a tarp earlier this year.
