Kabota Lawn Mower - $995 (Mt Zion)

We have a Kubota T1400 HST lawn tractor for sale.
This unit does not belong to me I am selling it for a widow lady here in town.
It has a 14HP Kubota GAS engine on it.
It is complete with I believe a 40" mowing deck.
It was serviced about 3 years ago and hasn't been used to mow with.
She is an older lady and has hired her yard mowed.
I brought it back to the shop about a week ago and have it running and went ahead and greased it.
pulled the air cleaner filter and it appears to be the one I put in it 3 years ago still like new.
They did put new gas, and a new HD battery in it also.
I took the carb apart and cleaned it.
I sharpened the blades after the original service then likely mowed my yard before taking it back home 3 years ago.
You will see that when looking at the blades.
The owner took great care of this unit.
Even the original seat is in really good shape.
Paint is great.
It could use a good rinse as it hasn't been washed since I serviced it the last time.
This seems to be a really good mower.
If it were a diesel we would be asking a bunch more, but this unit will mow a lot of grass yet.

I just looked at a brand-new Cub cadet with a Chinese engine and it was around 2400.
00 with tax.
No tax on this unit.
I did contact the local dealer he said this unit when purchased was around $3,000.
This unit looks like it is almost new.
No trades at this time.
