48" Samsung LCD TV with defect.
Seems like something electronically wrong, someone with knowhow may be able to repair.
TV worked fine for a couple years, then one day did not, no forewarning that something might be wrong.
It gets stuck in a restart cycle and has an odd picture artifact when it is in the powered-on state.
