Selling a 10 meter President Ronald radio.
It works but it has some issues.
The automatic squelch control doesn't work for some reason, and even when ASC isn't on you cant hear any sound.
It just doesn't receive as it normally should.
Strangely, I can hear people talking, and I have been able to get out some, but I don't have a HAM license so I can't use it anyway.
The President Ronald has 50 watts PEP power and will dead key around 12-13 watts, that is with the power turned all the way up which is done by keying the mic and pushing the channel selector knob, then turning the knob.
This radio is completely menu driven so there is nothing in it for alignment.
Everything is on a chip.
I am not a radio tech, so I can't fix it, I also don't have the warranty.
I got it a while back off a friend, and put off fixing it.
I really don't need it and have no plans to fix it.
This would be a good radio for someone who has the skills to repair it.

If you can't make the repairs yourself, take it to a reliable tech who can, or don't buy it.
The Ronald usually sells for around $200+, I will sell this one for $50 since it still powers up and all the menus work as they should.
