Client Service Associate

WHAT YOU'LL DO The Client Service Associate is responsible for assisting the Financial Advisor and servicing clients with a full line of investment products, including mutual funds, annuities, equities, and fixed income securities in a financial planning setting.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING Assist Busey Wealth Management in meeting the goals and objectives of the organization utilizing the Wealth Advisory program.
Prepare letters, forms, and reviews to assist with servicing existing clients and prospecting for new clients.
Respond to client correspondence and interact daily on the phone or in person with prospective and existing clients.
Handle financial operational issues that might occur with statements and transactions.
Process incoming correspondence, checks, mail, and email.
Review daily reports from Raymond James Financial Services and take necessary actions.
Forward all account information to home office for approval and scanning.
Prepare advisor with necessary paperwork prior to client appointments.
Maintain Client Relationship Management (CRM).
Assist with regional activities when requested.
Qualifications Knowledge: Strong oral and written communication skills Strong organizational skills Strong analytical skills Ability: Multi-task and work independently Solve problems independently while applying logic and discretion Perform duties and make decisions under frequent time pressures Education and Training Obtaining of Series 7 & 66 license encouraged within a year of hire.
Computer skills adequate for working with investment software.
Must be in good standing with Regulatory and Firm Element continuing education.
Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office.
