About the Job: Feldkamps Towing in Urbana, IL is looking for a Full-time Dispatcher this would be a Day shift position and every other weekend.
Looking to hire someone as soon as possible.
Duties: Answer phones.
Dispatch Drivers Complete all steps to releasing a vehicle.
Data Entry Qualifications: Ability to write quickly and clearly (transcribe info given on the telephone).
Ability to focus and multi-task with multiple phone lines ringing and customers coming in.
Excellent Customer service skills.
Follow detailed instructions.
Knowledge of vehicles.
Experience preferred but will train the right person.
Hourly wage depends on experience.
