National Account Support Representative - USA Clean

Specific Responsibilities: · Build and maintain corporate relationships within an assigned book of accounts · Manage day to day customer activity within assigned accounts · Provide monthly reporting to specific accounts · Manage customer equipment fleets internally and nationally · Provide direction to corporate accounts on best practices · Provide support to sales and management as needed to maintain and grow business Requirements: Technical Skills Required: · Two to three years of previous experience in customer service · Exceptional phone skills · General knowledge of accounting processes · Detail oriented · Organization and time management skills · Ability to take a proactive approach to overcome challenges and achieve results, ability to see and play the end game.
· Ability to use common sense and use critical thinking skills on the fly · Proficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
