Our USA-CLEAN division focuses on the Industrial Floor Cleaning Equipment space.
We have the nation’s largest selection of parts to keep customers’ equipment up and running.
In addition, if the customer can’t install the part themselves, we have over 500 service technicians nationwide ready to dispatch to our customers locations when equipment needs repair.
*POSITION DESCRIPTION:* We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to fill the role of Customer Service and Sales Operations Manager.
In this key position, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving exceptional customer service, fostering growth in sales, and optimizing operational processes.
This multifaceted role requires a candidate who is passionate about data, highly organized, and skilled in leading a customer service organization.
*RESPONSIBILITIES:* *Key Responsibilities:* * Departments within your responsibilities: Customer Service, National Accounts, and Service Execution.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to deliver a superior customer experience and drive revenue growth within all departments * Develop KPIs and SOPs that drive a quality customer experience while meeting and achieving business growth objectives.
* Manage and Coach the leaders within your department by providing training, feedback, and support to improve performance and productivity * Collaborate with other departments such as Marking and Operations to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and processes * Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts within Tier 1 and Tier 2.
Ensure they are receiving a high level of service and support.
* Monitor and analyze metrics for each department to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Implement changes as needed when opportunities present itself.
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, as well as our customers’ needs and preferences.
* Implement onboarding training materials that ensure understanding of products, services, and systems.
* Work with senior leadership team to identify strategic growth opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
Requirements:*Education and Experience:* * High School Diploma * Bachelor’s Degree preferred * 5 years of team management experience *REQUIRED SKILLS / ATTITUDES:* * ? Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices * ? Ability to learn and improve processes within your department, and with cross-functional teams.
* ? Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
* ? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills * ? Experience with forecasting * ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * ? Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically to achieve business objectives * ?
