Job Summary:
Bedloft.
com is seeking a qualified, dependable and energetic Customer Experience Specialist (CES) to join our team.
The CES will work with our customers (college students and university staff) across the United States on a variety of levels.
The Customer Experience Department serves as the front line for troubleshooting and problem solving.
The CES’s primary responsibility is to provide customer service by responding to phone calls and emails from our customers regarding product questions or concerns.
The CES will also be responsible for entering data about concerns on customers’ accounts and assist in coordinating repairs and/or replacements.
In addition to these responsibilities, the CES will assist the Lead CES in administrative tasks related to operational support on an as needed basis.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Respond to phone calls and e-mails from our customers
· Identify customer concerns and resolve them in a prompt manner with a high level of care
· Log customer concerns on their accounts
· Update customer accounts on our website as needed
· Process customer orders
· Contact customers via phone and e-mail with information regarding their orders
· Assist in preparing operation support documents
· Dispatch customer service request to service team members
· Complete service tickets audits daily
· Data entry as needed/requested
· Process Rental Transfer Agreements in the system
· Assist Operation Support Liaison as needed/requested
· Organize and prioritize large volumes of e-mails, calls and other information
· Process deposits as needed/requested
Hours:
The Customer Experience Specialist position is a part-time position (30-39 hours/week) March thru September with the possibility of future employment.
Our business operating hours are Monday-Friday 7am-7pm.
Weekend coverage up to 4 hours will be mandatory.
Reporting:
This position reports to the Customer Experience Lead.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
· Previous experience using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
· Must have knowledge of standard office equipment

Compensation:
Pay rate is $14-18 hourly, based on experience
