Our collision department is growing in 2024, and we are looking to add a Receptionist/Customer Service Rep with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude! This individual will make and receive calls, follow up with customers and employees, perform basic accounting functions (i.

open/close PO, RO, sublet, etc.
), perform accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, and filing.
Pay structure from $15.
00/hr - $17.
00/hr based on experience and/or understanding of systems used.

Responsibilities
Greet customers upon entry to the collision center
Obtain accurate customer and vehicle data
Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system
Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket
Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers
Create Purchase Orders
Create Repair Orders
Follow Up on customer vehicle progress throughout the week
Answer phones and direct consumer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner
Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
Operate switchboard telephone system
Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Office a plus
Experience with CDK is highly preferred, but not required
