As an Office Cleaner, you will be primarily responsible for providing cleaning services to the office to include vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash receptacles, restroom cleaning and disinfecting, and managing building repairs.
This position is expected to function effectively with moderate supervision while following the guidelines given on procedures, along with agency, federal, and state regulatory requirements.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide cleaning services to include but not limited to sweeping, vacuuming, mopping the floors, as well as servicing the bathroom and ensure sanitation;
Provide cleaning services to the building by emptying trash receptacles, and sanitizing communal surfaces;
Ensure walkways are free of debris and clean;
Notify building management of any repair needs in a timely manner;
Handled and dispose of cleaning solutions in a appropriate manner;
Complete other duties as assigned;
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent;
Demonstrated knowledge of how to handle cleaning chemicals, proper storage and disposal methods;
Must be reliable with time sensitive deadlines and tasks;
Strong organizational skills and a team player;
Must be 21 years old with a valid driver’s license with at least 3 years driving experience in the U.
S.
to operate a vehicle on behalf of Bethany.
Must also pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check and maintain a reliable vehicle with proof of adequate insurance coverage;
Pass a criminal history screen, including state and local child protection agency registries;
Subscription to and integration of the agency Statement of Faith and Mission Statement.
