The Service Account Administrator will work within the service department to ensure accuracy of account information.
You will work close with the Service Manager and Service Coordinator.
The ideal candidate is available M-F, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
*Responsibilities include:*
* Ensure customer information is accurate and up to date.
* Invoice customers for completed work orders.
* Reconcile vendor invoices.
* Job tracking through Service Management and Tech Tool.
* Assist in receiving customer payments.
* Review aging report with Service Manager.
* Work with customers to resolve discrepancies in accounts.
* Assist in setting up appointment reminders through Tech Tool or Bookings.
* Scheduling safety meetings/training as directed.
* Ensure accuracy in descriptions of work, time entries, and parts.
* Verify parts are billed accordingly.
* Managing credits and warranty credits to clients.
* Address technology issues with technicians including data entry and device setup.
* Assist in answering overflow calls requesting service.
* Assist in social media and reviews for the service department.
* Miscellaneous projects assigned by Service Manager.
