We are looking for individuals with the following attributes:
Experience: Two+ years tax experience in public accounting
Skills: The following are the key skills we are seeking:
Ability to prepare and review complex tax returns, including multi-state returns
Ability to identify and research both risks and planning opportunities, develop client specific and firm solutions, and manage implementation
Communicate effectively with clients, management, and audit staff
Coaching and mentoring tax staff
Ability to articulate complex tax information to a variety of clients
Ability to handle multiple client engagements simultaneously
Requirements:
Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Licensed CPA or Enrolled Agent or in the process of taking the CPA or Enrolled Agent exam preferred
Proficiency in using accounting/tax software applications and Microsoft Office
Proficiency with remote communication technologies (Teams, Zoom, etc.
)
