Your Role.

The Teller/Member Service Representative is the face of IECU.
Your goal is to convey to our current and potential members just how awesome we truly are.
The ideal Teller/Member Service Representative will be a professional with the capability to work independently as well as a part of a team.
All we ask is that you bring your communication skills, trustworthy and enthusiastic spirit, courteous and friendly demeanor, and we will provide you with everything else you need to lead the successful career you've been looking for.
Your daily workday may look something like this:
Provide a warm, inviting welcome to our members
Be the go-to person for providing transactional support to our members, handling cash and other negotiable items with accuracy and efficiency
Share our products and services with our members to further complement a top-notch banking experience
Give reliable details of balances and payments so our members can stay on top of their loans and maintain positive control of their finances
Update contact information in our system so we can keep in touch with our members
Carefully secure your own cash drawer and maintain a precise balance of monetary instruments while maintaining detailed paper trails to back up daily transactions
Other duties as assigned
The Requirements.

Our desired candidate will have at least 6 months of cash handling experience as well as strong customer service and communication skills.
A high school diploma is required.
Must be available to work 10-15 hours per week within the hours of 10:00am - 5:00pm; Monday - Friday.
