The Credit Analyst Intern will be responsible for assisting with loan credit analyses for new and existing commercial and ag loan relationships as well as assist with projects and tasks as assigned to gain experience in the field of commercial and ag lending.
DESCRIPTION OF PRIMARY DUTIES:
Perform credit analyses and financial statement reviews on commercial credit relationships.
Learn the commercial loan approval process by assisting with completion credit memos for various approval committees.
Monitor credit requests for adherence to written lending policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines.
Complete required training associated with job function.
Other duties as assigned.

Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Possess the willingness and patience to embrace complex, detailed financial analysis projects while meeting deadlines.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
High level of confidence and integrity to maintain independent judgment and privacy of customer and Bank information.
EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIREMENT:
Pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and/or commensurate banking experience.
Must have obtained junior or senior status by Summer of 2024.
Spring 2024 graduates will also be considered.
Knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software, specifically Excel, Word, Power Point, and Microsoft Office.
