Join us! Job Summary: The primary objective of the Business and Finance Analyst is to provide comprehensive support to the Finance Manager in various financial analysis.
This includes contributing to the financial health of the organization by actively participating in Profit and Loss (P&L) analysis, building and reviewing financial models for business opportunities, and closely monitoring the evolution of working capital, among others.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None Duties/Responsibilities: Evaluate and analyze capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, rate of return, profit plans, operating records, and financial statements for each business unit.
Build and review financial models to analyze different business opportunities, providing valuable insights to support decision-making.
Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis using key metrics.
Build, analyze and monitor business and financial KPIs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial support and insights, contributing to overall business objectives.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities: Attention to detail Curiosity Analytical profile Autonomously working Collaboration Time management Ethical conduct Education and Experience: Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business required Advanced excel skills required Experience with accounting software, to include SAP, required Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
