Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Food provided * Modern office setting * Growth opportunities ```Duties``` - Prepare and complete accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses - Review financial records, such as income statements and balance sheets, to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations - Utilize accounting software, such as QuickBooks and Sage, to input and analyze financial data - Calculate taxes owed or refunds due based on financial information provided by clients - Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and compliant tax preparation - Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and answer any tax-related questions - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving any issues that arise during the tax preparation process ```Experience``` - Previous experience as a Tax Preparer or in a similar role is preferred - Strong knowledge of financial concepts and tax regulations - Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks and Sage - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to accurately analyze financial data - Familiarity with 10-key typing for efficient data entry - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure accurate and timely completion of tax returns Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
